Directly on board the bus, from our website (http://www.carsrouges.com), or from your hotel reception desk.
How long does a tour last?
2 hours and 15 minutes if you stay on board for a complete tour.
Where can I get the bus?
At any one of our 9 stop-off points (the Eiffel Tower / the Champ de Mars / the Louvre Museum / Notre-Dame / the Orsay Museum / the Opéra / Galeries Lafayette / the Champs-Elysées / Étoile / the Grand Palais / the Trocadéro)
Do I have to book in advance?
No, it's not necessary.
Do I have to specify on which day the tickets will be used?
No, your tickets will be dated as from the first day of use.
Do Les Cars Rouges operate every day?
They operate every single day of the year, without exception.
When do the first and last buses run?
Depending on the time of the year and on the stop-off point, between 10 am and 8.30 pm. To make a complete tour, you should board before 5 pm.
Are there any reduced rates?
Yes, there is a group rate for 12 passengers or more.
Can I pay by cheque or by credit card?
Credit card payment is accepted on our website.
Where can I get a brochure?
We can send you a brochure by post to the address you give us (by post, by email or by telephone).
How much does a tour cost?
24 € for adults, 20 € for groups and 12 € for children aged 4 to 12
Are the buses accessible for disabled people?
Yes, a third of our fleet has wheelchair access on the lower deck.
Can I use my ticket on a Friday and then on the following Monday?
No, tickets are valid only for two consecutive days.
